The 20 de Julio Foundation reserves the right of admission for sponsored children based on the following selection criteria:

• Being under 18 years old.

• Being a permanent resident of the 20 de Julio neighborhood in Cartagena.

• Being a scholarship recipient or enrolled in a public school.

To secure a slot in the 20 de Julio Foundation, the parent guardian must annually submit the school enrollment certificate for new and current sponsored children.
